We have a 90% sighting rate, however, should you not see a whale you can come again for free until you do- for life, no expiry.

IMPORTANT: This is not a money-back guarantee. No refund is given if no whales are seen on your tour. The Guarantee does not apply to tours outside of the official Puerto Vallarta Whale Watching Season (December 8th to March 23rd).

If you are booked on a regular tour and no whales are seen, you can join a future Whale Watching Tour, space permitting.

If you are booked on a Private tour and no whales are seen, we will offer your group another Whale Watching Private Tour free of charge, space permitting. If no Private Boat Tours are available, you can choose to join a Whale Watching Tour, space permitting.
